• Gastric tube feeding in Elderly patients.
• Oral medication intake schedule.
• General personal hygiene for bedridden and handicapped patients.

Requirement:

• Education                    :  Completed 6 months training program as a Care giver, first aid, basic life support or recognized degree of nursing.
• Experience                   :2- 3 years of Caregiver experience
• Personal Attributes     : The incumbent must demonstrate the following personal attributes:
  • cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • sound work ethics
  • presentable with good sense of personal hygiene
  Other Skills                :
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with medical terminology and medications

• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computer and Internet

Brunel Energy provides consultants to the international oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation and associated industries urgently needed before 30 June 2013 for, head of Occupational Health Nurse to work in Qatar who can Provides a professionally autonomous Occupational Health Nurse Specialist service for DEL specializing in the surveillance and assessment of individuals and employee groups, to promote 'Health and Wellbeing".

Works collaboratively with other health care professionals and provides a leadership and consultancy function as required. Supervises operation of Emergency Medical Response Teams for DEL sites and associated Facilities.

Clinical Governance

Provides leadership on OH Nursing practice to manage risk and to ensure safe practice.

Supports the Corporate and Operational Management by developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures and by providing expert advice on quality standards.

Adheres to DEL Infection Control policies including Universal Precautions and contributes to the improvement of those policies.

Manages professionally the reporting of adverse/critical incidents, investigation and follow up, facilitating staff participation in attending adverse incident training and regular updates as per company and Industry policies.

Supervises OH Nurses professional and ethical behavior. Provides informal/formal training sessions as appropriate.

Ensures all OH Nursing Staff maintain accurate and complete electronic and manual records.

Develops and implements clinical audit and or research projects to improve quality.

 Participates in the quality assurance of new and emerging knowledge/information.
