Joining NHSP is achieved by completing our online application form which begins with a useful search process so you can choose those trusts in England where you would like to work.

Completing the form can take 30-40 minutes, therefore we recommend that you use the available save option and return to your application at any time.

NHSP's Recruitment Process (4-12 weeks):

1. You apply with NHSP online using the 'Join us now' feature

2. You then receive an email to verify your email address - your application becomes active at the time of verification

3. We screen your application to ensure basic requirements criteria is met

4. We invite you to attend an interview as part of a KBA day (Knowledge Based Assessment)

5. You book your interview with NHSP

6. You attend a KBA day which includes an interview, knowledge assessment and exchange of appropriate documents

7. You receive a prompt to complete your online training which must be completed before you can work for NHSP

8. We carry-out appropriate reference checks, CRB checks and Occupation Health Clearance
