Job vacancy for Assistant Head Nurse to work in - Ambulatory Care Service/ Out Patient Department, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Needs EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS of Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Diploma with country specific post registration program. Current Registered Nurse licensure from country of origin required, with Four (4) years of hospital experience in an acute care setting including one (1) year leadership experience required, other experience preferred, who can demonstrates the ability to act as a clinical and theoretical role model, demonstrates leadership abilities. A proven personal commitment to continuous learning and quality improvement. Proven ability to prepare, present/organize educational material. Ability to provide constructive feedback and assist in the staff appraisal process. Ability to undertake all responsibilities as outlined in the job description. Ability to meet needs of specific patient population. Ability to work shifts alternatively. Currently managing more than 30 staff. Demonstrate involvement in the implementation of at least one QI (Quality Improvement) Project. Knowledge and experience in the approach of shared governance.
