Job Description

1) Experience in Labor & Delivery Or Neonatal ICU Or Pediatrics
2) Working in Kuwait with MOH license
3) Transferable Residence
4) Minimum 12 years total experience (5 years experience in Kuwait )
5) Experience in managerial / supervisory roles in Kuwait

Skills

Capable of managing the assigned wards to provide clinical leadership and co-ordination, whilst ensuring effective and safe services, within the available resources. The candidate should have the ability in leading a team and should have the traits of clinical leadership. The candidate should be well versed in the staff management and planning functions and have to ensure that the services are appropriately staffed. Head nurse have to work within budget for the financial year, and work in collaboration with service.

Head/ Nursing Supervisors (ICU) - Masters / Bachelors in Nursing with 4 -5 years practical experience in a reputed multi-specialty hospital.
